Badly let down by the garage I'd been using for years - had my car for a week without even putting a spanner on it, and returned it scratched. Found New Duston Garage on the internet, who identified the problem very quickly, got the part, and had the car ready in a flash - everyone there first class professionals.

NDG have succeeded where other garages have failed, alignment and tracking on a range rover is not easy but NDG did a fantastic job, 4 new tyres and all of the alignment and tracking made it feel like a new car. Will be using them going forward for servicing and MOT as they have earned my trust. Great job!

Had an issue with my e class Mercedes soft close boot motor needed replacing! NDG were able to identify the part needed, order is from Merc and fit it in 2 weeks. Mercedes themselves ordered the part in August and haven’t called me back or told me if they’ve received it yet 🤣

I screwed up my calendar and ended up with an expired MOT. NDG's team were fully booked but in my time of need, found a way to get me back on the road quickly.

Excellent service, especially when it counts.

I took a chance here as I've been badly let down by other garages who miss important checks causing me huge bills and breakdowns later or just mess you around. I contacted the garage on short notice for a repair, after them being recommended to me by another local garage. They luckily had a spot available in the week. The garage was always very polite and had great communication to let me know what the situation was with my car. The technician took the time to explain what the problem was and they also charged me a reasonable price.

They do everything a main dealer does but for a lot less just had them serviced and MOT my Jaguar XE for half the price the main dealer charged me last year very friendly staff will be taking my car back again
