New Duston Garage is a family run business with Richard Brown the owner, and driving force behind the whole operation.
Mr Brown’s father Don launched the business in 1960, and now three generations of the family are involved with son Matthew now senior technician employs 8 skilled technicians and a further six reception and support staff. In addition, Mr Brown’s wife, Karen, is company secretary. Mr Brown who started working in the business in 1980 now employs 15 skilled engineers covering a wide variety of specialist areas which has helped shape the business today.
New Duston Garage always aims to deliver quality workmanship using the latest trade practices to ensure that all vehicles are always fully maintained and in safe working order. Our experienced team of technicians undergo advanced training with the latest trade technology to bring you a full range of engine management and diagnostic services alongside reliable MOT testing and vehicle servicing.
The onsite technicians training school run by auto IQ has been instrumental in developing the technicians and reception staff with an ongoing training plan.
The business has 15 employees and Mr Brown, who started working in the business in 1980, said:
